Download the pre-filled form above, sign it, and attach a photo or PDF. If you don’t have it to hand, send it later: we can open the account once we have it.

A signed resale certificate is required to open your account: New York ST-120 or New Jersey ST-3, both pre-filled with our details, along with a photo of your liquor license.

Every wine in the book on one page: the grower, the vineyard and its soil, grapes, farming and how it is made, with critics' scores where we have them. Search by producer, wine, region or grape, then email the sheet to yourself as a PDF.

Making a payment

The quickest ways to pay us are below. Pas Mal Selections operates as USA Wine Imports.

  1. Customer Payment button on www.usawineimports.com, to pay via the Pay Simple service. This service is free and does not require signup or account creation.
  2. eCheck. Several companies, such as Deluxe, are able to issue these.
  3. Wire or ACH from your financial institution. If you need our banking details, please contact Christine Stroe, Accounting Department Manager, at chris@usawineimports.com. If you are paying us this way, please email a screenshot of your payment confirmation screen to chris@usawineimports.com and wanda@usawineimports.com.
  4. Check issued and sent by your financial institution. If you bank online you should be able to use bill-pay options to send a check to us. If you are paying us this way, please email a screenshot of your payment confirmation screen to chris@usawineimports.com and wanda@usawineimports.com.
  5. Melio: melio.me/usawineimportsinc. You can link either your account or a business credit card to your Melio account, and they send us an ACH. Please add Wanda Troy, wanda@usawineimports.com, so that we are notified when you set up a payment.
  6. Bill.com: payment through www.bill.com.
  7. Fintech. Please send the invite to us and we will accept it. USA Wine Imports’ Fintech ID is 186751.
